Management Trainee

General Requirements

1. Have a good academic performance in college who has a good reputation, good universities, private accredited at least B, and from universities abroad.
2. Able to communicate in English in both spoken and written.
3. Has a strong leadership base, capable of leading the team, at least in the meeting.
4. Have the confidence and good communication skills, so as to build relationships, present ideas, and searching for information related to the job.
5. Ability to work in teams, cooperative and able to make active efforts in adjusting to respect the norms of the organization.
6. Able to show more effort and hard work is oriented to the customer (Customer Service Orientation).
7. Have the analytical skills and problem solving (problem solving), and the willingness to always learn new things.
8. Young, energetic and have a high mobility, ready to travel out of town.

Willing to sign a contract agreement for a maximum of 2 years and the Statement on Conflict of Interest if it fulfills the requirements and passed the selection stage, and may be appointed as permanent employees if the company meets the terms and conditions thereafter.

Special Requirements

• Code A: S1 Department of Telecommunication Engineering / Electrical Engineering

Interested in the planning, design and integration of telecommunications solutions, to master the field of FTTx, broadband, and wireless network.

• Code B: D3/S1 Department of Telecommunications / Electrical

Interested in the design, implementation and control of telecommunications projects both ISP and OSP, preferred master CAD (Computer Aided Design) and have experience working in the project.

• Code C: S1 Department of Electrical Engineering specialization in Energy

Interested in the planning, design and integration solutions in energy and understand the field of electricity, power plant, power distribution and power electronics.

• Code D: S1 Department of Electrical Engineering stream Hardware / Electronics

Interested in hardware design (schematics and PCB), CE Linux and Windows operating control systems, microprocessor design, CAD (Computer Aided Design), programming in C / C + +.

• Code E: S1 Department of Electrical Engineering specialization in Real-Time Software

Interested in mastering the design and Real-Time Software, Real-Time Operating master System and Real-Time Programming.

• Code F: S1 Department of Informatics

Software and interested in designing a database, control of Java programming and / or PHP and / or C / C + + and Oracle data base, understanding the IP network, preferably having certification Java / Oracle.

• Code G: S1 Department of Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering

Interested in the design and network administration, master the basics of networking: routing & switching, network security, client-server communication protocol, preferably CCNA and CCNP certified.

• Code H: S1 Industrial Engineering Department

Interested in the production of electronics and telecommunication devices, capable of planning and controlling production processes, work methods, materials and product quality, understanding the ISO 9001 standard.

• Code I: Department S1 Management / Industrial Engineering / Man. Telecommunications HR specialization

Interest and understanding of the field of Human Resource Management.
