General Requirements
- Have a good academic performance in college who has a good reputation, good universities, private accredited at least B, and from universities abroad.
- Able to communicate in English in both spoken and written.
- Has a strong leadership base, capable of leading the team, at least in the meeting.
- Have the confidence and good communication skills, so as to build relationships, present ideas, and searching for information related to the job.
- Ability to work in teams, cooperative and able to make active efforts in adjusting to respect the norms of the organization.
- Able to show more effort and hard work is oriented to the customer (Customer Service Orientation).
- Have the analytical skills and problem solving (problem solving), and the willingness to always learn new things.
- Young, energetic and have a high mobility, ready to travel out of town.
