Currently, the Company’s main asset is the Martabe Gold and Silver Project, located in North Sumatra, Indonesia. The project was purchased by G-Resources for approximately US$220 million in mid 2009 from OZ Minerals Limited, after fully exercising the option agreement with CST Mining Group Limited (formerly known as China Sci-Tech Holdings Limited).

Assistant Company Secretary (Ref: GR/ACS)
Job Description:
- Responsible for all corporate secretarial function of the whole group;
- Advising the board of new governance requirements and ensure proper compliance with the Listing Rules and other regulatory requirements;
- Dealing with the Stock Exchange and be responsible for drafting various documents, including announcements, circulars, and annual/interim reports;
- Maintaining proper statutory records and preparing board minutes and resolutions;
- Assisting in preparation of annual/interim reports and other corporate financial projects; and
- Handling ah hoc projects such as corporate financing, merger and acquisitions activities, business analysis, business case forecast, investment project analysis and tax planning.
- Member of ICSA/HKICS or equivalent, with a university degree;
- Minimum 2-3 years solid experience in similar capacity gained from listed companies;
- Good knowledge of listing rules and other regulations;
- Have experience in dealing with the Stock Exchange;
- Pro-active, self-motivated and can work under pressure; and
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
