Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Law from reputable university
• At least 3 years experience in Corporate Legal at the investment company, bank or law firm.
• Have a good relationship with the regulator in the capital market
• Have a thorough understanding of Company Law and the aspects of capital markets
• Strong communication and negotiation
• Have the analytical skills and a good conceptual
• Mastering the English language both oral and written
