Qualifications:

• Degree in finance or law from a reputable university
• Minimum of 10 years in managerial positions in the field of Compliance on investment companies, banking or other financial institution.
• Have a thorough understanding of business process in an investment company and is experienced in preparing and implementing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Have a deep understanding of capital markets and the legal aspects of investment company
• Strong communication and negotiation
• Have the analytical skills and a good conceptual
• Mastering the English language both oral and written
