Monroe Consulting Group is currently recruiting on behalf of one of Indonesia’s leading consumer goods companies. This respected company is seeking a highly motivated professional to fill the position of Head of Accounting, to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Verification and review to ensure all transactions are properly recorded
• Prepare check list and accounting closing procedures
• Produce timely and accurate financial statements
• Analyze stores performances in each company
• Find problems and solve problems related to finance and accounting matters
• Liaise with all departments in the company
• Review Profit and Loss and Cash Flow Projection to make sure all projects are profitable and feasible
• Prepare cash flow projection to maintain company cash flow

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (min.)
• Three to five years’ experience in similar position
• Quick learner, quick to adapt and sociable
• Goal orientated
• Trustworthy
