Our client is one of the world’s leading computer technology and electronics companies, which manufactures desktops and laptop personal computers, servers, storage devices, displays, smart-phones and accessories. This innovative and exciting company, with more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry, is looking for an exceptional candidate to fill the position of regional general manager to be based in Surabaya, East Java. The winning candidate will be highly motivated, inspire others and be driven to hit challenging sales targets.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Develop business plan and sales strategy to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profit requirements
• Sales revenue under channel of distribution
• Initiate, coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets
• Maintain relationships with all key business partners to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports submitted by branch managers

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree (min.) in IT; MBA holder preferred
2. 10 years’ core experience managing channels of distribution, preferably computer hardware or electronic consumer goods
3. Proven account management skills
4. Excellent track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
5. Self motivated, highly driven, tenacious and leads by example
6. A high degree of business acumen
7. Excellent negotiation skills
