Field Technicians

Main Responsibilities

• Any other ad-hoc duties assign from time to time
• Attend to daily assigned Jobs
• Comply with attributes, common parts and tools issued by Company
• Coordinate with Engineers & Control Centers to ensure smooth job completion and achieve Total Customer Satisfaction
• Ensure compliance of response time for Service call
• Perform maintenance Job
• Report thru SMS on Job status promptly (within 10mins) upon Job completion
• Submit daily assigned job schedule to Person-in-charge for up-dating

Requirements - Business Communication System

• Experience in servicing & maintaining of office key-phone system
• Good Customer Etiquette
• Male applicants must have completed NS
• NTC/ITC in Electronics/Engineering/Mechanics
• Possess own vehicle (bike or car)

Requirements - Electronic Imaging

• Experience in servicing & maintaining of multi-function copiers
• Good Customer Etiquette
• Male applicants must have completed NS
• NTC/ITC in Electronics/Engineering/Mechanics
• Possess own vehicle (bike or car)
• Relevant experience in Office Automation line a plus point
