Role synopsis:

• Management of the Facilities Engineering Team supporting the pipeline &/or terminal operating assets
• Provide HSSE leadership and champion utilization of HSSE best practices
• Responsible for working closely with operations management to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Facilitate close work with Projects, Engineering & Technical Services and other USPL technical resources to provide engineering support to district operations
• Assure implementation of technical best practices (including effective utilization of ETPs and STPs), tools, and processes that assure the integrity, operability, efficiency, and reliability of facilities
• Facilitate work with Area Maintenance Engineers, Project Engineers, Project Managers and IM Program Managers to prioritize and coordinate pipeline maintenance and repair projects
• Supports Pipelines BU in all actions necessary to maintain regulatory compliance
• Champion efforts to incorporate Maximo into maintenance activities
• Responsible for effective translation of central team processes, procedures and best practices into implementation plans for the Performance Unit.

Essential Education:
BS in Engineering

Essential experience and job requirements:

• 8 to 10 years of Pipeline / Terminals operations & maintenance.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.

Desirable criteria & qualifications:

• Licensed Professional Engineer preferred
