Digital Media Marketing
Work Location: Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities

• Support digital marketing activities. Work hand in hand with the Marketing, Communications, Product, for all AXA promotional efforts
• Provide consistent message/information across all digital media channels
• Propose, manage, and maintain content updates for feed and development on various AXA social media channels and AXA corporate website
• Monitor the online/digital media, mentioning AXA as a group and AXA entities in AXA Indonesia
• Minute by minute participation in conversations that surround our content and brand, answer comments, be a mediator
• Identify threats, opportunities, and respond (take action) in user-generated content, surrounding our brand, and report to appropriate parties based on agrees SOP
• Provide enhancement inputs to the various digital platforms/channels
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports

Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree (S1) in mass communication, marketing, or equivalent
2. Two years work experience in marketing communications, advertising, PR and online marketing are preferable
3. Knowledgeable and understand the digital media universe (tools and techniques) and consistently update with digital media trend and technology
4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (content writing)
5. Ability to work in team
6. Has broad networking
7. Knowledge of Adobe design software (optional), MS Office
