Qualifications & Requirements:
- Possess a bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting from reputable university
- Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources, preferable in oil & gas industry
- Have knowledge and exposure in Payroll Accounting and SAP HR-Payroll
- Good knowledge in Human Resources Management and Policy
- Good conceptual and analytical thinking
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP System)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external relations
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
