Vacancy Receptionist Association of Southeast Asian Nations

Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Secretariat is the nerve centre of ASEAN, a regional inter-governmental organisation founded in 1967, to promote peace and stability, sustained economic growth, shared prosperity and social progress.

Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) was established by five countries initiators, that are Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand in Bangkok by the Bangkok Declaration. The foreign minister at the time parties to the Bangkok Declaration that was Adam Malik (Indonesia), Narsisco Ramos (Philippines), Tun Abdul Razak (Malaysia), S. Rajaratnam (Singapore), and Thanat Khoman (Thailand).

Currently, the company are looking for young, energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as Receptionist position and will be placed at Jakarta.


Requirements:

• At least Diploma (D-III) degree of office administration or public relation.
• At least 1 year of experience performing telephone operator or receptionist
• function in government, international organisation, or private sectors.

General Qualifications

• Good English language skills.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft office tools.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team in a multicultural environment.
• Able to multi-task and willing to work irregular and long hours.
• Knowledge on ISO 9001 : 2000 is an advantage.
• Salary: salary starting from IDR 2,000,000.
