Currently, the company are looking for young, energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as Software Tester position and will be placed at Jakarta.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct software tests with programs, hardware, operating systems, or network environments.
• Create or maintain databases of known test defects.
• Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures.
• Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.
• Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, performance, error or bug retests, or usability.
• Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers.
• Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes.
• Document test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards.
• Evaluate or recommend software for testing or bug tracking.
• Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content.
• Install and configure recreations of software production environments to allow testing of software performance.
• Install, maintain, or use software testing programs.
• Investigate customer problems referred by technical support.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality.
• Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or Business Management with GPA at least 2.7
• At least 1 – 2 years experience with ERP system or CRM.
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be hard working, independent, and willing to work overtime
