Currently, the company are looking for young, energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as Senior Mining Engineer position.


Requirements:

• Min. 5 years experience in coal/ metals
• Position is currently only available for a non expatriate
• Bachelor Degree majoring Mining Engineer
• Experience in Mine Design, working with drill rig programs, and capable to prepare short and long term mine plan projects
• Intermediate – Advanced level of computer literacy and specific technical software skills such as Minescape, Minex or others
• Obtained a POP certificate
• Good communication and reporting skills, fluent English will be an added advantage
• Willing to be assigned in various area or projects in Indonesia or overseas (short/ long terms)

The role will include performing and being mentored in:

• Provide a Mine Engineering mentoring and coaching role to build the capability of the Mining Services team
• Participate in the technical preparation of bids
• Oversee projects and ensure budget compliance
• Technical capability to plan and execute Mine Engineering projects, including planning, design, economic evaluation, feasibility studies
• Building and developing customer relationships (internal and external) and assisting with the Business Development process in line with the Global standards, including proposal submissions
• Maintain quality of customer project work and ensuring good project management
• Effectively communicate project status to Senior Management and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
• Estimate the resources and manpower needed to achieve project goals with the Project Leades for the Mining Services Team
• Developing operating standards and monitoring compliance of Quality Control and Quality Assurance of all work performed by the team
