Key Selection Criteria

• Essential

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Geology or associated Geosciences
• Bachelor degree or Masters
• Field experience and exposure
• Exposure to mine operations and technologies
• Exposure to exploration program design and management
• Knowledge of industry sector and major players
• MS Office proficiency
• High level of communication skills- verbal and written

• Desirable

• High level of commercial/financial acumen
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent team leadership skills
• Minex, Minescape, and other proficiency
• MS Project proficiency
