PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. is looking for young energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as Production Supervisor position and will be placed at Cibitung.


Task and Responsibility:

• Making plan for production work process by weekly, monthly based on the target set up by Production Manager, PPIC
• Coordinating production work process to ensure production target as planned
• Calculating & controlling RM, PM, FG, machine, and man power according to the standard
• Implementing food safety standard (FSMS, GMP, HACCP, ISO, and Halal)
• Implementing the safety system (K3)
• Making report of working result and evaluate production result daily, weekly, monthly, yearly
• Analyze problem & setup process improvement
• Routine coordination with other working unit

Qualification Required:

• Male, maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum education : Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology or Chemical
• Trained in ISO 9001, HACCP (ISO 22000), and SMK3
• 2 years experience. Fresh graduate are welcomed
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
• Good analytical thinking and problem solving
• Good command in computer programs (Ms Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Willing to have a shifting work time
• Willing to be located in Cibitung
