Currently the company invite high qualified candidate to join us as "Organization Development Manager" position with detail qualification below and will be place at Lippo Karawaci - Tangerang.


Responsibilities:

• Prepare and conduct job assessment
• Create development projects to support the business
• Manage talent pool and succession plan
• Prepare and review competencies
• Develop career path design

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
• Male / Female, max 40 Years old
• Min. 5 years experiences handling organization development
• Excellent knowledge in competency, job assessment, and job grading
• Having experiences creating talent pool and succession plan
• Good logic & strong analytical ability.
• Exceptional interpersonal, networking, & leadership skills
• Fluent in English (both oral & written) and excellent in MS Office.
• Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
