Currently, Sumberdaya Sewatama looking for young energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as Operation Head position

Responsibilities:

• Develop a work plan and work program and adm Opr to ensure smooth operation, effectiveness and efficiency of operational activities.
• Conduct administrative review process thdp persyarat and the credit agreement and other loan documents Prev-2 to the credit committee.
• examine the payment of installments and repayment-2 customers.
• Directs and controls the administration and management of activity-2 to follow up the completion of processing of documents-2 is a loan guarantee (reg).
• Manage and control the storage and expenditure of all collateral documents to and from the company.
• Manage and control the files and documents penyimapan application and copy of credit agreement.
• Monitor and be responsible for the maintenance of security documents (reg) by a 3rd party as well as a guarantee they will be paid back into the document.
• Administer the acceptance and delivery of documents to and from the customer jamian.
• Conduct performance appraisals for the development and performance of subordinates.
• Assist the head of the branch to conduct oversight thdp-2 which is less cost effective and efficient.
• Assist in keeping branch chief branch discipline employees. (Attendance, etc.).

Requirement:

• Age 35Years old
• Male / Female
• Bachelor of Economics  / Adm / Banking 
• Master of Computer 
• Experience min 2 years in the field of Administration (LBH advantage of leasing co)
• Able to work / lead the administrative team 
• Honest
• hard working and conscientious
