Job Description:
- Manage all aspects of qualitative and quantitative consumer research including research regarding product awareness, positioning, benefits, marketing communications and site usability.
- Identify and determine the scope of marketing research needs, including secondary research and research design/implementation.
- Plan, implement, control, analyze research information and develop reports summarizing key findings and making related recommendations.
- Investigate market activity, analyzing data and statistics, evaluating past performance of a product or service’s sales, assessing future trends, commissioning surveys and coordinating research projects.
- Advise management on how how to best use research findings.
- Bachelors Degree - major in statistics or social research.
- 3-4 years experience in survey design, identifying research customer, execution, analysis and other standard research methodologies including phone surveys.
- Able to design and execute multiple research projects simultaneously.
- Good working knowledge of analytical and statistical tools to analyze and interpret data, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software.
- Must be a strategic thinker with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently on projects in a fast paced environment.
- Highly motivated, flexible and adaptable nature.
