At first objective the establishment of the General Insurance Company which is majority-owned by pension funds PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia is to meet the needs of asset protection PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia PT and its customers. Bank Rakyat Indonesia is the collateral. But in its development, Bringin General Insurance has expanded its market share not only in its own market area (Bank Rakyat Indonesia and surrounding areas) but also serve the general public, businesses, individuals, state / D, a foreign private company / national and government.

Requirements:
- Graduates Bachelor Degrees from accredited universities BAN PT. minimum of B, namely: Insurance, Economics, Law, Engineering, Statistics / Mathematics, IT / Computers (adjusted to the needs of acceptance).
- Minimum GPA of 2.75.
- Male / Female age Max. 28 years, unmarried.
- For those experienced in the field of Insurance Max. 35 years.
- Computer control of Word & Excel minimum.
- Can be Active or Passive in English.
- Can work alone or in teams.
- Willing to be placed in all of Indonesia.
