Training Manager

Competence:

• Experienced teacher and have taught people in the world, especially oil.
• Master the field of training materials Oil Palm Plantation.
• Able to prepare and develop a training program oil palm plantation.

Requirements:

• Experience of at least 5 years.
• Minimal Bachelor Degree Agriculture.
• Minimum 30-year-old.
• Willing to be placed on the entire Operating Unit Wilmar Group.
• Ability to work in accordance with the target, can work in high pressure, has the ability to socialize and communicate well, spirited leader, able to work in teams.
• Healthy physical, spiritual, and not color blind.
