Senior Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:

• To review agreements, contracts and other legal documents;
• To prepare legal documents and procedures relating to changes in company’s capital, shareholder, investment;
• To provide legal advice to the Company and implement legal solutions on litigation, arbitration and other practices;
• To monitor the execution of contracts/documents and implementation of the transactions/investment projects;
• To give legal advice with respect to corporate administration; prepare corporate documents; anticipate and guard against legal risks involving the company and its investments.
• Other duties as assigned by Head of Legal or Company

Requirements:

• Male/ Female, 22-30 years old, with a university degree in law,
• At least 3 years working experience as a Vietnamese lawyer for an international law firm or in-house corporate legal department
• Familiarity and expertise in the areas of foreign investment, corporate work, banking and finance; and
• Perfect command of written and spoken English

• Strong negotiation and communication skills;
• Good decision-making, presentation, human relations, and organizational skills
• Ability to equilibrate priorities and organize work effectively to meet deadlines;
• Ability to grasp legal and business issues, balance risks, and provide practical and constructive legal advice in a business environment.
