Product Engineer ( Data Center Co-Location Services )

Responsibilities

• Provide product support to sales and solution team to win or retain customers in the pre-sales stage for potential customers by customized solutions or by strategic pricing
• Provide technical support for Data Centre (Colocation) enquiries from the sales or solutions team during the customer pre-sales stage
• Tracking of sales pipelines and sales forecasting
• Development and management of cost price and service price
• Develop and maintain effective workflow for the end to end delivery of the service to customer.
• Collaborate with both presales team and operation team to ensure effective product delivery mechanism is maintained
• Develop collaterals, brochures, slides and case studies for the service\

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and/or mechanical systems
• Knowledge of Data Centre systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently and/or effectively in a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
