- Using specialty fats to make cake at laboratory to maximize its effect on the finished cake
- Combine with R&D to research the difference between the company’s fats and competitor’s ones in order to find the best products for company
- Combine with Marketing Dept. in dealing with Food/ Confectionery factories, consult customers to use the company’s oils and fats to manufacture confectionery
- Clear up customer’s queries in technical matter related to specialty fats’ use on confectionery and baking cake (Cookie, pie, chocopie, muffin, dumpling, sponge cake, crossant)
- Extend and create a good relationship with bakery store.
- Male, University graduated
- 3 -5 years experienced in cake baking
- Good knowledge about specialty fats
- Willing to travel
- Flexible, innovate, analytical and team worker
