Provide deep analysis of market segmentation, customer requirements, competitor analysis, market access issues, key sales pursuits and product comparisons, which will roll-up to form Bell's Global Commercial Marketing Plan.
Responsibilities:
- Align Marketing, Sales, Program Management activities into a cohesive and actionable Marketing Plan.
- Monitor and evaluate regional orders, deliveries and pricing environment/trends.
- Identify, track and evaluate key sales pursuits in collaboration with the Sales teams in assigned regions
- Collect and synthesize market intelligence through customer research, market studies as well as public information about companies.
- Research and fully understand market segment leading indicators Oil & Gas, HEMS, Parapublic and corporate
- Contribute to strategic and tactical planning process in assigned regions
- Collect and understand specific customer requirements and economics, contributing to the Voice of the Customer data for assigned regions.
- Evaluate market access issues and contribute to Bell strategies to remove them
- Contribute to regional market demand forecasting activities
- Collaborate with IR Coordinator and Marketing Support on event planning and Independent Representative requirements
- Analyze competitor activities within assigned regions
- Collaborate with Communications regarding regional advertising opportunities
- Bachelor of Arts/Science in Business Administration or Business related field or Finance.
- MBA or Masters preferred.
- At least 8 years experience in Marketing, Sales and/or Strategic Planning in aerospace related industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong Analytical skills related to Market Research, Data Analysis, Demand Forecasting, Pricing, Strategic Planning
- Skilled use of Microsoft Office products
