- Managing & appraising performance (MAP) process, job evaluation process, organization development plan, organization needs assesments
- Minimum bachelor degree with min GPA 3.00 majoring Engineering/ Psychology/ Management/ Human Resources
- Minimal 5 years experiences in the same position/ HR field
- Well knowledge on HR Department tools
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
- Good communication skill & interpersonal relationship
