After Sales Service Department Head

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the organization & operation of the Engineering Department in respect of after-sales service (including service representation & development) to all dealers, branches & authorized workshops. Conduct market research & operational studies & to implement scheduled services & promotional activities to enhance effectiveness & profitability of the workshop

Qualifications :

• Minimum bachelor degree with min GPA 3.00 majoring Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of successful work experience in After Sales Service for fire/pump product from Engineering, Contracting & Procurement Company
• Have relevant skill or experience in oil & gas/mining/building construction/ government related /telco with the experience in Pumps/Rotating Equipment/Fire Protection, Safety, Security & Environmental Solution
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
• Multifaceted : must have good working knowledge of all the areas of the organization – marketing, sales, supply chain (procurement, export import, PPIC and warehouse)
• Has demonstrated effective leadership and significant experience in managing and leading people and be able to coordinate well with people inside and outside the organization
