Job Description
Create and maintain capex & opex AFE’s in SAP for Ventures Maintain Fixed Assets Records for Ventures (process additions, transfers, disposals) Update Hydrocarbon Reserves estimates in SAP Update and maintain A&M accounting-related policies & procedures Prepare and run monthly depreciation Prepare monthly capex accruals and account reconciliations Prepare monthly account analysis and A&M reports Review and release Purchase Requisitions as needed Assist in conducting physical audit of Warehouse Materials & Fixed Assets Respond to regular requests from customers, auditors, and shareholders
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years experience in General Accounting and/or Fixed Assets Accounting (preferred). Excellent English communication skills. MUST be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and internal customers (both verbally and in writing).
