PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa (DSS) was established in 1996 and started the business in power and steam generation. In year 2007 DSS entered the telecomunication infrastructure business by leasing BTS (Base Transceiver Station). In year 2009 DSS expanded its business by investing in coal mining at PT Bumi Kencana Eka Sakti.

Dian Swastatika Sentosa have a vision is Becoming a leading energy and infrastructure company in Indonesia. On December 10, 2009, DSS was listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The number of listed shares is 770,552,320 and The stock code of PT DSS Tbk is DSSA.

Currently, the company are looking for young, energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as Site Manager position and will be placed at Bayung Lencir - South Sumatera.


Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree Engineering majoring in Electrical or Mechanical from a reputable university
• Male, minimum 10 years of experience in engineering and construction projects particularly Power Plant
• The successful candidate shall have experiences in project management from the start to completion / commissioning (full cycle)
• Experience in Power Plant Project as Site / Construction Manager would be preferable
• Project Management Program (PMP) certification would be an advantage
• Familiar with International Standards & Codes
• Proficient in English & Bahasa Indonesia is a must. Mandarin language capability would be an advantage
