Currently, we are looking for young energetic and dynamic proffesional candidates to join our team as Shipping and Logistic Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 – 15 years experience , preferebly management of barging / shipping in East Kalimantan and South Kalimantan or Sumatera Area managing shipping and logistics areas , on the basis of FOB Barge Barge buying and Selling on FOB MV terms
- Supervision of Operations at Site Locations ( East / South Kalimantan / Sumatra ) mainly with the help of Unit Operational Head as well as , when required , directly with on site supervisors . He should also have had personal experience and knowledge of various jetties in South and East Kalimantan including respective jetty operations heads and usually operational issues and difficulties in such operations himself.
- Ability to coordinate with barge owners / barge owners representatives to effectively monitor and coordinate the movement of barges to designated jetties as well as montor onward movement to alongside MV from Jakarta in case required .
- Ability to liaise with vessel agents to ensure the loading alongside MV is also carried out as per stowage plan and masters instruction , in coordination with stevedores also appointed by company from Jakarta in case required .
- Ability to follow up on all documentation requirements related to export of coal with the various suppliers and Unit Operational Heads at Samarinda and Banjarmasin as well as with the vessels agents at loading anchorage and ensure Customs Documenation work ( PEB and COO documents ) from Jakarta in case required.
