This bank was originally established to serve the needs of the retired Armed Forces personnel by the name of Bank Employees Retired Military or BAPEMIL. With time, the bank is growing and begin to serve the retired civilian employees. For more than 50 years, BTPN focused banking services to its retirees in cooperation with PT Savings Pensioners Insurance, PT Taspen, and PT Pos Indonesia.

Currently, the company are looking for young, energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as Service Support position and will be placed at East Java.


Responsibilities:

• To process non-cash transactions or transactions that require further follow-up well into the bank's internal and external parties such as the Transfer / RTGS, Clearing, deposit taxes and other back office transactions to be implemented smoothly and in accordance with the SLA with reference to internal procedures and external.

Requirements:

• Education min. Diploma with GPA = 2.75
• Male / Female, age max. 27 years
• Fresh graduate / experience in the same field min. 1 year.
• Well dressed, confident, and have good communication skills
• Understand the procedures and process flow of transactions / banking operations
