Currently, the company are looking for young, energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as Service Station Managers position.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve marketing objectives established within the allocated resources
- Manage the recruitment, training, deployment and disciplining of station employees
- Manage and resolve conflicts among various group, e.g. employees, customers and suppliers
- Communicate with station employees on operational and other station related matters
- Ensure all station employees provide the SPC standard of customer service
- Ensure all station operations comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental policies
- Manage and preserve financial, merchandise and other assets of the station
- Review and monitor on station’s financial related matters including monitoring competitive and other market trends and activities
- Degree or diploma holder in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years managerial experience in retail or service sector
- Energetic and enthusiastic with strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate staff effectively towards achieving excellent customer care standards and sales targets
- Fresh graduate or diploma holder may apply for Trainee position
