Senior Instrument Control Engineer
Primary Job Purpose:
- Leads the development and implementation of the C & I components of international downstream projects at various stages, from initiation to commissioning and start-up.
- Emphasis is made on conducting the projects definition and execution subject to budget, schedule and quality through the various phases of feasibility, basic design, detailed design, construction, commissioning and start-up

- The position embraces the whole projects lifecycle which includes the following stages: evaluation (pre-feasibility, feasibility), development (FEED) and implementation (EPC)
- Protect CLIENT’s interests when negotiating on project components with joint venture partners and contractors.
- BSc. degree in instrumentation/control engineering from a reputable international institution is a must with significant knowledge of C & I design implementation and operation of downstream technologies and strong awareness of economics, business development and contracts negotiations.
- Higher academic or professional qualification is preferred to embrace the project commercial dimensions and job complexity
- 15 years of relevant experience past qualification in downstream C & I operations & design, project engineering, economics and development in the downstream industry or in an integrated refining/petrochemical facility
