Finance duties:
- Making monthly Bangkok office expense journal.
- Managing Bangkok office Petty cash.
- Managing online banking / cash payments.
- Filing and organizing Bangkok project files.
- Recording project milestones payments.
- Making project business trip expense claim.
- Arranging and organizing Bangkok project meetings/conferences.
- Recording meetings/conferences memos.
- Managing office supply requirement and distribution.
- Managing Bangkok office license/certificates renewal.
- Managing daily office equipment maintenance..
- Arranging hotel reservation, air tickets booking and airport pickup.
- Dealing with filing, typing, printing, copying, scanning and faxing.
- Handling office incoming calls, mails, fax, express and correspondence.
- Taking care of lunch ordering for conference and business dinner reservation.
- Running other errands as requested.
- Degree in business or accounting.
- 4 years minimum experience in similar type of work.
- Data processing and administrative management would be an added advantage .
- Good communicator and decision maker.
- Excellent at multitasking and confident in project management..
- Knowledge of office software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) is also expected for such a job profile.
