PT. Vale Indonesia Tbk, (Indonesia Vale) formerly known as PT International Nickel Indonesia, Tbk (PTI), is a foreign investment company (PMA) is a business license from the government of Indonesia to conduct exploration, mining, processing and production of nickel. The company was founded in July 1968.

We currently operate on the island of Sulawesi under the agreement Contract of Work (COW) with the government of Indonesia. PT. Vale Indonesia Tbk, entered into an agreement with the government's first KK on July 27, 1968. Then on January 15, 1996, we entered into a contract modification and extension of the initial KK, which applies from 1 April 2008 until December 28, 2025.

Currently, we are looking for young energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as Senior HR Business Partner (Code: SHRBP-EN) position and will be placed at Sulawesi Island.


General Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Social Sciences.
• Minimum 5 years experience in HR various coordinating functions.
• Fluent in English both spoken and written

Technical Specialization:

• Communication Skill (The set of skills that enables a person to convey information (verbal and Non Verbal) by using applicable information channel so that it is received and understood).
• Presentation Skill (The ability to prepare and deliver information to a group by using systematic flow, analytical data and presentation aid)
• Facilitation Skill (The ability in assist , support and enabling others as they achieve exceptional performance)
• Impact and Influence : (The ability Implies an intention to persuade, convince, influence or impress others (individuals or groups) in order to get them to go along with or to support the agenda)
