Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure the implementation, maintenance and improvements of a single management system;
- Ensure the quality policy and the quality strategy are defined;
- Ensure quality objectives are set;
- Act as the management representative on quality towards customers and notification bodies.
- Monitor and review the variation and control of processes and take action to bring to the required level of control
- Verify the long-term performance and control of system and processes through visual management and other quality tools
- Ensure a mult-dimension audit program is established and resources are available and capable;
- Ensure the quality and process improvement strategy is established and implemented in line with factory network strategy
- Champion a continuous improvement culture for a single organization and ensures lesson learnt, corrective and preventive actions are performed;
- Ensure that the necessary approved procedures and documents to define and control the processes are in place and regularly reviewed
- Direct the use of quality tools in product and process developments to build in quality
- Report the performance of the system and its processes and ensure that action is taken to correct deviations
- Ensure the experience response, knowledge management and deviation management systems and processes;
- Manage the assigned quality community and develop its competencies;
- Propose and follow up on the development of the factories competencies on use of quality tools.
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Management Engineering or Business Administration;
- 5+ Years of experience in QA systems implementation and management;
- Experience in designing and implementing quality systems including process control measures and quality assurance tools;
- Experience of 6 Sigma, Quality and other process Improvement toolkits;
- Diverse knowledge of inspection and process control methods, techniques and documentation.
- Experience of driving change within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of ASME / EN pressure codes and requirements is desirable;
- Preferably pressure vessel experience;
- Preferably experience in Supply Management, engineering, and project management;
- Multicultural – able to motivate to get the best out of people in different countries/cultures;
- Keen to travel time to times
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya
