Responsibilities
- Import/Export coordination and documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of material and inventory status.
- Ensure smooth operations within the warehouse and logistic function.
- Ensure that all custom procedures and documentations are current and fully complied.
- Training of store men and storekeepers
- To process RFQs, purchase requisitions and puchase orders.
- To negotiate with vendors for best offers.
- To liaise, communicate and maintain good relationship with suppliers and service companies.
- To update and maintain records on purchases, catalogues, vendor list, etc.
- To verify vendor invoices, service reports and delivery orders.
- To ensure the procurement procedure is in complaince with ISO requirements.
- Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Diploma/secondary with min 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Good knowledge in Indonesia custom legislations, laws and practices.
- Good knowledge in import/export documentation.
- Possess English language proficiency, computer literacy, written and oral communication skill, analytical skills, problem solving skills and customer focus.
