Currently the company invite high qualified candidate to join us as Corporate OH and S Superintendent position with detail qualification below and will be place at Jakarta.


Responsibilities
Scope of works:

• To assist with the development and implementation plans systems and practices of Occupational Health and Safety that are aligned with Holcim global OH&S standards and Indonesia Country legislative requirements to create a workplace which is free from recognised hazards that are causing (or likely to cause) death or any serious physical harm to employees, as well as the minimizing of cost associated with workplace deaths, injuries and illnesses

Requirements
Education:

• Degree in OH&S or related fields

Experience:

• Five years experience in developing or maintaining a robust OHandS Management system
• Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety Expert (Man Power Ministry )

Computer literacy:

• Excel, Ms Word, Lotus Notes

Language:

• Good command of written and spoken English

Other qualification / skills:

• Extensive knowledge of Indonesian OH&S laws and regulations relating to Mining, Transportation and Industry.
• Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Accident Investigation Skill
• Root causes analysis
• Clearly understand the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001, 18000, SMK3, ILO Standard, OSHAS, NFPA, ANZI and Holcim OH&S Pyramid
