Currently, we are looking for young energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as Project Management Coordinator position and will be placed at Kuta - Bali.


Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and manage several construction projects simultaneously
• Interact with all parties in person as well as by way of electronic and hard copy
• Ensure proper documentation (contracts, purchase orders, estimates, change orders, client specs, budgets and schedules)
• making sure project is completed per technical and commercial requirements.
• Manage subcontracted work to third party providers. This can be very detailed scope covering civil, mechanical and construction
• Review subcontractor work including engineering documents, estimate of personnel needs, scheduling and assigning work
• to meet completion deadlines
• Negotiate with contractors any issues that impact cost, schedule and quality of the project
• Supervise and direct project meetings and produce project reports and work completed by project personnel
• Travel to all facilities for meetings, reviews and support

Qualifications and Experiences:

• BS in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years Project Management experience
• years experience managing multiple project in a matrix project execution organization
• Strong background managing projects using an Enterprise Resource
• Planning system
• Basic architecture/civil engineering skills required
• Proficiency at project cost estimating and forecasting methods
• Strong negotiation skills and background
• Proficiency at project softwares i.e: Autocad, Sketchup, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Adobe pdf
