Currently, we are looking for young energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as "Production Supervisor (Code: PS)" position and will be placed at Jakarta.


Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure that production activities within shift activities are running effectively in terms of quality, efficiency and utilization (OEE).
• To ensure that the day to day operations are comply to Bayer Crop science standard, ISO 9001:2000 and 14001.
• To ensure that all production resources (manpower, machine, method) are utilized in optimum way.
• To ensure that all production department staffs are well train in order to be in line with their respective competency.
• To support Production Department during day to day activities in order to achieve department objective.
• Reporting to the Production Manager,you will coordinate all activity to ensure that production activities within shift activities are running effectively in terms of quality, efficiency and utilization (OEE).

Your Qualifications:

• University graduated in Industrial Engineering.
• Good problem solver, decision making and strong leadership.
• Good computer proficiency & IT literature.
• Good English both verbal and written.
• Hard worker and able to work in team.
• Willing to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• High initiative and proactive.
• Fast learner.
