Currently, we are looking for young energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as Process Automation Proposal Engineer position and will be placed at Jakarta.


Responsibilities:

This role is to provide engineering and technological support, as well as sales support to ASEAN customer and ASEAN countries/colleagues for both, systems and components, in order to reach the overall target, to grow the process automation business. This includes but not limited to the following :

• Interpret customers RFQ and project specifications and to prepare technical and commercial proposals for process automation systems for timely submission to customer
• Work closely with direct sales, project and solutions teams as well as sub-vendors to provide a complete and competitive technical solution
• To manage and request for quotations from sub-vendors and liaise with them for accurate and timely quotations
• To propose alternative methods and equipment to achieve cost efficiency

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Process Automation, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Experience in PA related products (e.g. Process valve solutions) is required
• Experience in leading process control system (PLC/monitoring) projects
• Good understanding of project documentation requirement (P&ID)
• Familiar with international standards for design, engineering, construction and operations of multi-discipline projects eg API,ATM,BS etc (will be an added advantage)
• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in the process automation industry with focus mainly in supporting sales of system projects
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skill and ability to work as a team
• English business fluent (written and spoken)
