Requirements:
- Enrolled in a Culinary Degree preferred
- Previous experience with hot / cold line cooking techniques preferred
- Knowledge of Cake, Cookies and Pastry product
- Minimum 2 years in similar position at restaurant or international hotel
- Have strong mature leadership, problem solving and decision making skills
