Supraco Indonesia (SPC) has established reputation as one of the prominent player in Indonesia oil & gas industry serving companies like Chevron Pacific Indonesia, Chevron Geothermal, Conocophilips, Exxon Mobil, TOTAL E&P, Schlumberger, Amerada Hess, TransOcean, Kangean Energy and many others.

Currently, we are looking for young energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as MIGAS Interface Coordinator (CP-A30) position and will be placed at Jakarta.


Responsibility and Duties:

• Establish and coordinate a good communication/interface with PJIT, DJ-MIGAS and BPMIGAS on issues/tasks related to MIGAS certification activities in securing SKPP, SKKP and SKPI on time.
• Establish and maintain a good communication with Quality Inspection Coordinators, PT, BPMIGAS and DJ-MIGAS in supporting DJ-MIGAS and BPMIGAS inspection or witness on FATs, pressure tests, SATs, start-up/commissioning of all EPC facilities and other required inspections
• Provide support to Quality Inspection Coordinators on BPMIGAS and DJ-MIGAS travel arrangement including FCPA
• Provide advices on how to communicate effectively with DJ-MIGAS and BPMIGAS
• Provide advices to resolve issues with DJ-MIGAS and BPMIGAS
• Prepare and give presentation to DJ-MIGAS and BPMIGAS
• Prepare routine and non-routine report to Supervisor
• Other non-routine work in Quality as requested by Supervisor

Required Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, and Experiences:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering is preferred, or an extensive degree of technical training and experience in the field of Quality inspection or DJ-MIGAS certification
• Working knowledge of DJ-MIGAS Regulations and other Government of Indonesia Regulations required to obtain SKPP, SKKP and SKPI certificates of worthiness
• Good problem solving aptitude
• Minimum 5 years experience in DJ-MIGAS certification
• Minimum 4 years supervisory or coordination work experience
• Minimum three (3) years experiences in inspection of piping system, equipment and facilities on major onshore or offshore project is preferred
• Basic working knowledge of:

1. Piping and pressure vessel codes and Quality standards (ASME section V, ASME section VIII, ASME section IXASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8 and ISO 9001)
2. Piping, Isometrics and shop Drawings
3. Indonesia National Standard (SNI)

• Basic knowledge of mechanical (rotating equipment, pressure vessels, etc) instrumentation and electrical equipment (generator, transformer, MCC, switch gear, etc) and their function/running test
• Well versed in safe work practices
• Good oral and written English communication skills - report writing, invitation letter, and presentation skills
• Good computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
