Currently, we are looking for young, energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as Legal Officer position
Description of Work:
- Able to handle legal issues which is related to new capital investment, future investor, litigation, making resolutions etc.
- Responsible to manage legal contract, legal correspondence, and legal documentation related to corporate legal matters.
- To assist Legal Manager in handling corporate legal matters, which includes preparing and reviewing agreements and/or other legal documents, legal memorandum, power of attorney, etc, as requested by the divisions within the company.
- Work closely with lawyer (local and international), notary, and government officer.
- Other activities as requested by Superior.
- Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable university
- Fluent in English both oral and written, min. score 500 for TOEFL and score 600 for TOEIC
- Computer literacy is a must
- At least 2-year proven experience, either in law firms or Notaris/PPAT
- Ability to give legal opinion to support company action
- Having good filing system and documentation
- Experience in retail company is advantage
- Able to work under minimum supervision and under pressure
- Hard worker and able to work in team
- Multitasking
- Self driven, good manner and strong legal analytical skill
- Well-organized, disciplined and good communications skill
