This bank was originally established to serve the needs of the retired Armed Forces personnel by the name of Bank Employees Retired Military or BAPEMIL. With time, the bank is growing and begin to serve the retired civilian employees. For more than 50 years, BTPN focused banking services to its retirees in cooperation with PT Savings Pensioners Insurance, PT Taspen, and PT Pos Indonesia.

Currently, the company are looking for young, energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as Personal Banker position and will be placed at East Java.


Responsibilities:

• New customer acquisition process
• Do maintain to existing customers and cross selling products to customers
• Provide services according to standards set by PT Bank BTPN

Requirements:

• Education min. Bachelor Degree with GPA = 2.75
• Male / Female, age max. 35 years
• Banking experience in the field Funding min. 1 year
• Well dressed, confident, and have good communication skills
• Has an extensive business network
• Results-oriented sales
