- Bachelor Degree from Naval Engineering, Naval Architect and Shipbuilding, Marine Engineering
- GPA Min. 2.75 from reputable university

- Computer literate
- Good looking and good interpersonal skill
- Strong analytical, hard worker, able to work in a team, and can work under pressure.
