Investor Relation Associate Job Adaro Indonesia

Adaro Indonesia is one of the largest coal producers in Indonesia. From an outside perspective most people know this as the giant mine at Tutupan in South Kalimantan. However, after mining and before the coal becomes a saleable product it needs to be processed by crushing to an internationally acceptable final size, stockpiled and then loaded onto barges for transportation either direct to local consumers or to Taboneo for transhipment to ocean going vessels which deliver the coal to international consumers.

Currently, the company are looking for young, energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as Investor Relation Associate position and will be placed at Jakarta.


Job Responsibilities:

• As a member of the investor relations team, this full time position will assist Adaro Energy’s investor relations efforts to manage the perceptions of international and domestic investors, analysts and other financial market influences in order to optimize the valuation of Adaro Energy as a publicly traded company. This position reports to the Head of Investor Relations.
• You will assist in the development and execution of an investor relations program, with a view to increasing the transparency and disclosure of the Company. You will assist in the preparation, planning and distribution of investor relations documents and materials and in handling day to day investor questions. You will assist in the preparation for investor roadshows, conferences and meetings. You will develop and maintain a contact management system to keep track of current and potential investors and analysts. You will conduct continuous market and industry research and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Adaro Energy’s business and strategy.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): a team player who is an effective and confident communicator., highly analytic and self motivated., superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills., strong research skills., outstanding attention to detail., Experience working with financial spreadsheets & creating financial analysis..
• Required language(s): English
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Minimum Year of Experience: 3 Year(s)
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent
