- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same position for retail company
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge and experience in audit methodologies and processes
- Understanding and proficiency of technical auditing and accounting concepts
- Strong analytical, and problem solving skills
- Computer literate and have experience in the preparation and analysis of audit data
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization, interact well with all levels of people in organization
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
