Currently, MarkPlus looking for young energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as Human Resources Recruitment Officer (HR-RO) position


Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Human Resources from
• reputable university with min. GPA of 3.00
• Min. 2 years experience in HR Recruitment
• Competent in Recruitment & Selection (Sourcing Strategy, Recruitment Tools, Behavioral Interview)
• Having experience in conduct Psychological assessment & scoring
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
• Good knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
• Have the ability to handle multiple task, excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Excellent in administrative skill.

Responsibilities:

• Develop recruitment materials
• Screening and selection process
• Develop and Execute Recruiting Plans
• Coordinate and Implement College Recruiting Initiatives
• Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels
• Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face
• interviews for junior & mid level posts & supports all parties in concern with assessment
• Coordinate with universities, events in relation to targeted hires Support HRMs with weekly update on recruitment progress.
