Currently, MarkPlus looking for young energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as HR Development Officer (HR-DO) position


Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Psychology or equivalent from reputable
• university with min. GPA of 3.00
• Min 2 years experience in relevant position (preferably from HR
• consultant or service industry)
• Understand about balanced score card, job analysis, competency
• Have knowledge in Manpower regulations/Indonesian labor law and its implementation
• Good knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
• Have the ability to handle multiple task, excellent communication skill, strong personality and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage organization development process,
• such as succession planning, workforce development, organization design and change management
• Analyzing and developing SOP, HR policy and
• organization structures
• Monitor, analyze and propose improvements to the
• employment policies in accordance with applicable laws and government regulations
• Leads company compliance.
