Currently, MarkPlus looking for young energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as HR Development Officer (HR-DO) position
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology or equivalent from reputable
- university with min. GPA of 3.00
- Min 2 years experience in relevant position (preferably from HR
- consultant or service industry)
- Understand about balanced score card, job analysis, competency
- Have knowledge in Manpower regulations/Indonesian labor law and its implementation
- Good knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Have the ability to handle multiple task, excellent communication skill, strong personality and analytical thinking.
- Design and manage organization development process,
- such as succession planning, workforce development, organization design and change management
- Analyzing and developing SOP, HR policy and
- organization structures
- Monitor, analyze and propose improvements to the
- employment policies in accordance with applicable laws and government regulations
- Leads company compliance.
