PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa (DSS) was established in 1996 and started the business in power and steam generation. In year 2007 DSS entered the telecomunication infrastructure business by leasing BTS (Base Transceiver Station). In year 2009 DSS expanded its business by investing in coal mining at PT Bumi Kencana Eka Sakti.

Dian Swastatika Sentosa have a Vision is Becoming a leading energy and infrastructure company in indonesia. On December 10, 2009, DSS was listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Currently, we are looking for young energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as HR Manager position and will be placed at Jakarta.


Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree with GPA > 3.2 from reputable university
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience as Manager
• Strong in industrial relation and recruitment
